Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
24/7 Escrow, LLC (“24/7 Escrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our secure settlement portal, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone or mobile number, company name, and any information you submit through forms, account registration, or the secure portal. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; to create and secure your account; to deliver one-time passcodes and two-factor authentication (2FA) verification messages; to communicate with you about transactions and support requests; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and to detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.
SMS / Text Messaging and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
When you enroll in or use our secure portal, we may send you SMS text messages containing one-time passcodes and security (2FA) verification codes to confirm your identity. These messages are transactional and account-security related. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of these messages at any time and HELP for assistance; opting out of security messages may limit your ability to access the secure portal. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as Twilio, which delivers our SMS verification messages and processes the mobile number solely to transmit those messages), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of 24/7 Escrow, our users, or others.
Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Account and routing numbers entered in the secure portal are handled within the protected settlement environment and are not transmitted via email or text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may opt out of SMS security messages as described in Section 3.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
