These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, secure settlement portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by 24/7 Escrow, LLC (“24/7 Escrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the secure portal, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
Section 2 — Description of Services
24/7 Escrow provides blockchain-based settlement and escrow technology for title and escrow professionals, including a secure portal for managing settlement transactions. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Section 3 — Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. To protect your account, we use two-factor authentication (2FA). You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Section 4 — SMS / Text Messaging and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
As part of securing your account, you consent to receive SMS text messages from 24/7 Escrow containing one-time passcodes and 2FA verification codes. These messages are transactional and security related; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency depends on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Opting out of security messages may prevent you from accessing the secure portal. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio to deliver these messages, and your mobile number is processed solely to transmit them. No mobile opt-in information is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Section 5 — Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the Services, introducing malicious code, or using the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by 24/7 Escrow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Section 7 — Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24/7 Escrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Section 9 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24/7 Escrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Section 10 — Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 11 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
